- Can now create and save user-defined templates. The templates may contain
up to 6 charts and are printer-friendly

- Added Market Time for Inventory chart to the Market Time page. Previously only market time for
sold properties was available
- Added Median Price Per Square Foot Chart to the Price per Square Foot page.
Previously, only the average ppsf was available. The median is much
more stable
- Added Pending and Closed Sales chart on a new page under the Sales menu
Pendings tend to lead closes (as one might expect), but not in lock step
- The best fit 'Trend' line on the 'Price/SqFt by Total SqFt' and 'Days on Market by Sales Price'
charts was changed from a linear to polynomial (curved line) fit, which is more
suitable for this data
- Added name of licensee to chart footer
- Corrected problem with chart header alignment
